He was raised in the Okanagan, has lived in Vernon for 49 years, and is in his 23rd year of selling real estate here: residential, commercial, farms and ranches, and development. Long-time locals may know Tim from Jonesapalooza, the big summer fundraiser he hosted for years at his home on Dixon Dam Road. The last one, in 2023, featured local band Feet First and raised just over $2,800 for The Emily Dahl Foundation.
